Free Program For Volunteers

Ages 13 and Up   

Help conserve monarch butterflies by gently catching and tagging them.  As you help the naturalist collect data at Kings Landing Park, you will learn how you can participate in this citizen science project at home or at our parks.

Returning and new volunteers are welcome.

Reservations are required by Thursday, September 17. Register online, by email, by mail, or by phone, 410-535-5327.

The schedule of events is subject to changed based on the status of the coronavirus response, weather, staffing, and other situations that may arise. If Calvert Nature Society or Calvert County Natural Resources Division cancels a program, a full refund will be issued.
