During the War of 1812, the largest naval engagement in the history of Maryland took place at the mouth of St. Leonard Creek, just off shore of what is now Jefferson Patterson Park and Museum. Come take a tour of the waterfront from the perspective of the sailors in battle over 200 years ago.

Participants must be at least 9 years of age to accompany an adult in a double kayak, and at least 12 years old to ride in a single kayak. Those under age 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
