Registration

  • Volunteer Kayak Leader - approved by Naturalist
Fee is per person. Must be at least 10 years old for double kayak; 12 years old for single kayak.

CANCELED

For adults and families with children ages 10 and up, no exceptions.

Join us for a special overnight adventure! We will paddle from Kings Landing across the river to Milltown Landing. We will cook a simple dinner over the campfire, enjoy an evening hike, then have s'mores before retiring to our tents. We'll have a light breakfast in the morning before paddling back to the park.

BYO tents, some available to borrow. Participants must bring their own sleeping bags and pillows.

Location: Kings Landing Park Meet at the parking lot by the pier.

Naturalist in charge: Lindsay Hollister

Reservations and payment are required in advance.

Registration Deadline: Wednesday, June 20

Fee: $10 per person


The schedule of events is subject to changed based on the status of the coronavirus response, weather, staffing, and other situations that may arise. If Calvert Nature Society or Calvert County Natural Resources Division cancels a program, a full refund will be issued.
