Kids n Critters: Spectacular Spiders

Kids 'n' Critters

For Ages 3 to 5 years

These programs introduce youngsters to the many wonders of our natural environment through stories, puppets, songs and outdoor hands-on activities. Snack is provided.

 

Spectacular Spiders

The beginning of fall is a great time to search for spiders. Have you noticed any in your yard lately? They should be everywhere here at the Cypress Swamp. We’ll have some indoor spider fun and then head outside for a spider search! Come dressed for the weather.

Location: Battle Creek Cypress Swamp

 

Reservations are required. Register online, by mail, or by phone

 

Adult participation is required.

Fee is per child.

$1 for BCNES members

$3 for nonmembers

The schedule of events is subject to changed based on the status of the coronavirus response, weather, staffing, and other situations that may arise. If Calvert Nature Society or Calvert County Natural Resources Division cancels a program, a full refund will be issued.
