Kids 'n' Critters: Evergreens

For Ages 3 to 5 years

Most of the trees in the swamp have lost their leaves – but there is still some green in the woods!  We will use our senses to explore the local evergreens – how do they feel?  How do they smell?  We will also look to see how our swamp animals might use these trees.  This class will include both indoor and outdoor activities.  Be sure to dress for our outdoor adventure!

Location: Battle Creek Cypress Swamp

These programs introduce youngsters to the many wonders of our natural environment through stories, puppets, songs and outdoor hands-on activities. Snack is provided.
