Gone Fishing! has been canceled due to inclement weather. Look for similar programs like this in the future!

For Ages: 10-13 years old
Adult participation is not required.

Join us at Hutchins Pond in Owings MD and we’ll go cane pole fishing for bluegill, bass, and trout. We’ll provide the cane poles but be sure to bring a hat, water bottle and camera.

Location: Hutchins Pond

Program Fee: Free for BCNES members
$8 per family for nonmembers

Reservations are required. Register online, by mail, email or by phone 410-535-5327.

Program Fee may be paid online by mail, in person, or on day of event.

The schedule of events is subject to changed based on the status of the coronavirus response, weather, staffing, and other situations that may arise. If Calvert Nature Society or Calvert County Natural Resources Division cancels a program, a full refund will be issued.
