Summer Camp Letters and Information Packets

Every camper should print out the letter and supply list for each camp, posted here as soon as it is available. (Camps are listed in order of date.)

Each link will open a pdf file of the camp letter.

    For children entering grades 2-4

    Monday-Friday, July 24-28, 9:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m.

    Each day will bring a new adventure, exploring the park to learn about the natural world. We’ll also do crafts, play games, and cook over a fire. The week ends with a fun-filled team competition to test the skills they've learned in camp.

    Monday, July 31 – Thursday, Aug 3, 9:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.

    We will set out on mini adventures throughout the park to explore our natural world. From the creek to the fields who knows what we may find. Parents are not required to stay during the camp. No younger or older siblings allowed.

    For children entering grades 3rd –5th in Fall 2017

    Monday, July 31-Friday, August 4
    9:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m.

    Whether your child is already at home outside or needs a little encouragement, this outdoor skills camp introduces campers to some of the basic skills necessary to keep them safe and self-reliant in the “wild.” We’ll spend the week exploring the natural resources of Calvert County while learning important outdoor skills like: navigation, animal tracking, shelter building, and fire safety.
