For children entering Grades 1-2

Send your children outside to explore nature with us. They will have a blast playing games, catching animals, and having close encounters with some of our exhibit animals. Each day will feature a different animal theme: reptiles & amphibians, bugs, birds, and fish.

Naturalist in Charge: Kim Curren

Members Registration opens February 18, 2019. Nonmembers Registration opens March 4.

Fee per camper: Members: $120; Nonmembers: $150

Daily Schedule:

Monday, June 24- Thursday, June 27, 9:30 a.m. -2:30 p.m.

Monday and Tuesday: Battle Creek Cypress Swamp
Wednesday and Thursday: Flag Ponds Nature Park


The schedule of events is subject to changed based on the status of the coronavirus response, weather, staffing, and other situations that may arise. If Calvert Nature Society or Calvert County Natural Resources Division cancels a program, a full refund will be issued.
