For Children in Grades 3-5

Calling all young adventurers in grades 3-5! Embark on an exciting journey where you'll hone essential scientific skills and foster a deep connection to the environment. Get ready for hands-on exploration and thrilling discoveries. No parents are needed for this day out of school. Explorers will develop essential scientific skills while nurturing a sense of wonder and stewardship for the environment. Hands-on fun awaits! No parents needed.

Bring a snack, lunch, and dress for the weather.

Location: Biscoe Gray Heritage Farm

Fee per child:  Each child must be registered separately.

Society members pay : $30

Nonmembers pay : $50

Please register before September 20

Please consider the safety, health, and well-being of all participants in our programs and stay home if the participant(s) are ill. Full refunds will be given for cancellations due to health concerns.

The schedule of events is subject to changed based on the status of the coronavirus response, weather, staffing, and other situations that may arise. If Calvert Nature Society or Calvert County Natural Resources Division cancels a program, a full refund will be issued.
