Turtle Time!

All ages. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

Registration required.

Come meet and feed some of our Ambassador Animals - the turtles.  You will then be given a turtle scavenger hunt and a fun turtle craft to complete during your visit or to take home.

This is a walk-in program that requires registration. You may come anytime between 11a.m. and 1p.m. once registered.

Location: Battle Creek Cypress Swamp

Advanced registration required. Please register by June 5, 2025.

Free for Society members
$8 per family for nonmembers

The schedule of events is subject to changed based on the status of the coronavirus response, weather, staffing, and other situations that may arise. If Calvert Nature Society or Calvert County Natural Resources Division cancels a program, a full refund will be issued.
